Vintage 2004 at brasserie Dock's in Anvers. Top class pinot blanc with beautiful minerals in the nose, excellent balance. #loveit to drink this! A real treat.

Nose from Normandie Crème fraîche, nice freshness and bitterness in a mouth

Honeyed and floral. Vanilla, saffron, mango and papaya on the palate. Still fairly fresh and mineral. Such a beautiful wine…

A lot better and fresher when compared to my previous bottle.
Almondpaste, iodine, saline minerality, yellow flowers. Also hints of resin, peaches, lemonpie, mushroom, baconfat and honeysuckle.
Wonderful!

Hint of oxidation. Not as impressive as previous bottles. Still pretty remarkable, though.

Still beautiful.
Open for business, thick and generous. Warm and spicy, apricot-tangerine cobbler, tropical flowers, vanilla and saffron.

Liquid gold in the glass with wonderful cupreous hints shimmering through.
Really harmonious on nose and palate, showing complex and heartwarming notes of apricotpie, honey,, warm custard, cider, baked pineapple, and deep mysterious floral notes like honeysuckle and saffron.
Low acidity, soft and versatile.
Beautiful!
