Deep Golden, steady medium bubbles with a persistent mousse. Delicate mixed varietal (apples of course) nose with a unique uncanny finish of Apple skins.

Medium dry (aka sweet), delicate and easy to drink. Well-balanced apples on the nose, palate, and in the finish. Missing some of the complexity that I really want in my Normandy ciders, but could easily finish a bottle in a setting.
