A raspberry jam nose here. On the palate, so much more... Raspberry, blackberry, vegetable garden (do I get green beans?), smoke... For a Syrah, there's very little in the way of pepper finish here. The finish may be pepper, but it's fresh pepper plant from the garden. I enjoyed this wine. Such a great pair with our Sunday roast pork!

Oct 4th, 2021Surprisingly good, and as clearly northern Rhone syrah as any wine can be. It has the strong fruit and the floral complexity, but remains smooth on the palette and well balanced.
