Begins with scents of mushroom and the inside of a woman's leather purse. Tastes of ripe fruit and plum. After two hours in the decanter nose shifts towards barnyard and tobacco. Body backs up the nose and paired wonderfully with rack of lamb and sweet potato spinach goat cheese risotto.

Nice rounded and velvety but not opulent at all...
A natural deposit has revealed itself over time. Served with a piece of deer with creamy potatoes and fried field mushrooms...
