Golden color. Medium body, completely dry and high acidity. Layers of citrus reminiscent of grapefruit, orange peel and underripe pineapple. Bitter notes of blanched almond or hazelnut. Like a leaner version of amontillado sherry. Probably not for everyone. It went very well with black cod and rockfish for dinner.
