Vin de Savoie Vieilles Vignes Jacquère

I didn’t even know Jacquere existed in the grape world. Lovely on a hot Perth Summer day.

The only way to describe this is it's like drinking snow. From an alpine region on the French and Swiss border, the taste depicts the region from where it came. It has beautiful clean white floral perfumes and fresh cut grass on the palate. This went really well with a strong cheese like blue or matured goat. Definitely a food wine.
