Mellow ripe cherries. Seductive cola aroma. Wild yeast. I think I got a little effervescence initially. Tart red fruits and minerally. Supple like an aged Rijoa with soft tannins. Medium-length finish. Could be more elegant if these guys keep the brett in check.

A total favorite for me. Love this wine and producer. Light but full, fruit on the nose with long flowing finish of hard herbs and earth.

Textbook Bourgueil. Pure, pyraziney, earthy with a beautifully light and refreshing texture. Tried again 10/22 and was pure and lovely.
