Deep ruby color - unfiltered - with a poignant deep berried and citrusy fruity nose with spice and mild earthy loaminess. Classic Saint Aubin in terms of texture - bright, chalky, and fresh and fruity. A little too much spice, almost boozy and Grenache-like at the finish, but a pretty good effort from them given the insanely ripe vintage. Good to drink now.
