Lots of beeswax, marigold and gun glint adding breadth to tart green & yellow citrus. Finish long and grippy (skin tannin). Needs food!

A very fine white Burgundy, with nice matchstick reduction on opening, unfurling white & yellow fruit with time, with nice hazelnutty barrel accents.
Balanced, elegant, layered, with good depth and tension.
Bottle disappears in no time.
