Dark purple, black berry and black cherry.. Hints of clove old world for sure sour cherry med - tannin nice clean finish

Really nice wine, great berry fruit and medium weight.

Past prime? Likely. Muted in most aspects, but enjoyable. I will let the rating be reflective of such.

Nice easy drinking red. Really lovely nose and texture.

Candied plum character, slight sour palate, suspecting it's Florida yet again...

This is my kind of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Dark fruited and spicy, some sweet olive and wet earth, great textural balance, serious but not too serious, quaffable with 🍕From Luigi Cataldi Madonna in the Ofena of Abruzzo #juniper #catsandcrianza

Medium body. Bright acid. Decent wine but nothing special.

Very smooth yet some acidity.

Once this opened up it had some earthy grassy notes that were quite different from the initial sips. Interesting how much it changed.
