Deep dark red, highly extracted pigment, excellent clarity. Raspberry, mint and vegetal notes in nose. Red fruit flavors (raspberry, cherry) with plenty of seed tannin bitterness on finish. Good fruit expression throughout, but needs some time for seed tannins to air out - 45 minutes. Cinnamon, mocha and wood flavors emerge in the finish.
