Nice yellow gold color. Green apples, ripe peach and a bit of butter and vanilla on the nose. Green apple, medium acid on the mouth with a bit of oak and vanilla on a shorter finish. I'd like this with some grilled chicken and grilled vegetables or even an angel hair pasta with a light summer cream sauce.
