Wow! I had not expected Utah wine. This Cabernet is light bodied and fruity, with balanced acidity and a soft finish. If it did not read Cabernet Sauvignon on the label, I would have taken this to be a Gamay: bright strawberry fruits, a touch of black raspberry, little or no oak. It was, surprisingly, quite enjoyable.
