This confused me a lot. At first it’s to sweet and sharp. After it breaths for around 20-30mins the flavors are very powerful. At first it can almost taste like a very cheap wine but it’s complex changing nature can be intriguing. I went back and forth from I hate it to I like it. Still don’t know where I land. For a nice summer day drink I would have it again. For a sophisticated evening drink I’d go for a smoother wine.
