Enjoyed the 2013 Rosé with a braised pork dinner and it complemented the meal beautifully. A bit alcohol forward while super chilled, but as it warms it opens up to a bold fruit flavor with a slight effervescent mouthfeel. Very drinkable on its own, especially as temperatures warm up outside.
