Very nice. Soft cherry, maybe a cherry bakewell tart on the nose. Good instant impact on first taste with a bit of a cherry sherbert feel, which evolved into a slightly spiced cassis finish.

Named after the horse that plows the field, "Titouan" is organic and no sulfur. On the nose, cocoa, spice, Bing cherry with great acid and super juicy and too many fruits to name! Tortona is where we are! Medium body and fills out over time.
