Nice brightness, length and progression. Gripping tannins but overall very balanced.

Meh, lots of prune, raisin notes, just not bright enough for my taste.

Very dry. Smells earthy and a hint of black pepper. Nowhere close to fruity or sweet smelling.

Wonderfully juicy. Paired with veal with ziti and tomato sauce. Medium tannen. I would think this would be great on its own or with food. Would 100% buy again!

Starts with plum and blackberry fruit notes, but almost instantly morphs into a big, dry, earthy wine. The finish is a burnt coffee, dirt-like taste. A decent Chainti, but the fruit tones could be better accentuated.

Deep red in color. Dark cherry and stewed fig on the nose. Oak, cranberry, cherry, with moderate tannins and moderate acid. This is a well balanced, medium-bodied Chianti that should have many years left in the bottle.

Typical classic Chianti. At first, it was acidic but after keeping it open for 20~30 min, it became just right.
