Pretty yummy Pinot. The bottle I have is Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir which I could not find within the app. This is a new Pinot Noir from the castle. Subtle acidity and full of red fruits. Stewed strawberry, dried flowers, a bit of wet earth. Medium finish and low tannin. So refreshing and smooth. Delicious wine making your mouth want another sip.
