Brilliant garnet-esque ruby. Bright cherry and faint notes of tobacco on the nose and palate. Medium plus acidity and medium tannins. Lengthy finish. Great QPR, though I prefer Riserva.

Overall nice chianti. Good balance of fruit (cherry-dominant) and spice. Held well- still tasted the same on day 3 (didnt evolve one way or another), so very stable to keep.

2010 vintage. Standard chianti, always solid and fruity, lots of cherry with mild complexity.
