Dry and fruity on the palate with medium acidity, and a strong fruity nose.
Showing black plums, stewed cherries, blueberry pie, chocolates, prunes, mocha, coffee, sweet cedar, cola, vanilla, licorice, tobacco leaf, Mediterranean spices and peppercorn.
Spicy finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a very tasty Cabernet Franc. Easy drinking and good right out of the bottle. Drinks like a Napa Merlot right now.
Showing nice complexity now, but
will not last long, so drink up.
Aged in French oak barrels for 27 months. A tiny production of only 3 barrels.

This is a gorgeous Cabernet Franc from California. Nice and engaging and very tasty.

This 5 year old is drinking very nicely now with nice complexity and a nice mouthfeel. Good by itself as a sipping wine.

Full bodied and smooth with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, cooked plums, cedar, vanilla, leather, earth, spices, vegetables, bell pepper, licorice, dark chocolates, black coffee, light celery and peppercorn.
Long tangy finish with soft tannins and raspberries.
This is a very tasty Cabernet Franc from San Diego County. What a great surprise. Showing nice complexity and mouthfeel with nice balance.
Tasty and enjoyable by itself as a sipping wine.
Needs 90 minutes to open up properly and remove the acidity.
I paired it with cheeses and crackers.
