Almost like Germany, but Spanish. Blend of Riesling and Albariño. Acid is lower than Riesling and the finish is slightly & pleasantly bitter. Lemony, with flowers, petrol, lager, and a hefty mineral flare.

Acidity, crisp, bright, like no other Riesling
