Great nose of apples and lemons. This continues in the taste. However, it is very acidic. Warm sunny days cry out for crisp dry whites and this does the job. The apple flavour is like sinking your teeth into a crisp Royal Gala; love it. The finish is of hazel nuts straight out of a tub of Nutella with a hint of vanilla. Feel you should only drink this in the garden.
