15’ Cass Grenache. Why is Grenache not exploding in California?
Without a doubt red fruits dominate in this one. All front & middle palate . Back of the palate is lush & simplistic. Flippin delicious!
It’s lightweight on the palate, but with complex flavors of herb & spice that swirl around ripened grapefruit/touch of tobacco & a bit of peppercorn?!?
