Cardin Barbera

Very nice barbera / Nebbiolo blend from a small producer in piedmont. Tons of deep red and dark fruit. Good earth and acid. Definitely on the big side - texture is quite powerful. Perfect pairing with grilled pigeon at Maison in Paris.

バルベーラとネッビオーロ。
香りは熟成香に少し丁子やナツメグ感も。

鮮やかさは流石にないが、ドライフルーツ的な果実味。甘美で緻密。それなのにおおらか。果実味はバルベーラだが、最後はネッビオーロのタンニンが心地よい。
