A bit of a far our natural wine but a lively and fun example- an orange pet Nat with lots of nervy cidery notes as well as a little cider vinegar. Orange peels and high tone citrus perfume. Slightly petillant, great texture and body, lemons on the palate, super long leesy finish. There’s a nice poised hint of bitterness in finish. Delightful.
