Tasted this about 3 years ago, and not much has changed. Blackberry, ripe plum, autumn leaves, cocoa, thyme, and whiff of mint. Medium to full body. Still has good fruit intensity. Bitter sweet integrated tannins. Superb value.

The Cachapoal Valley lies about 100 km south of Santiago, with Maipo Valley to the north and Colchagua to the south.

A friend brought this for me to try. I had their Leyenda bottling before, and loved it. This is equally impressive. Slightly ripe black fruits core with lots of earthy elements. Beautiful round acidity and very polished tannins.
I could not believe this only cost about $15.00!
