Inky dark wine, sweet dark fruit on the nose, very extracted dark plum palate with a spice component. Hints of coffee and chocolate/cocoa in finish. Wants a grilled bison steak that has been rubbed with espresso and cocoa powder. Med + acid, nice pliable tannins. Good job.
