Nov 11th, 2015Bing cherries, plum, wet rock, front tongue tip acidity but smooths out after the swallow, with an old world finishing flavor. Deep ruby colored, jammy fruit on the nose. Recommend with pizza, red sauce pasta and maybe some charcuterie with an aged cheese like manchego.
