Medium bodied with medium acidity and nice long legs.
Dry on the palate with blueberries, strawberries, cherries, licorice, oak, vanilla, earth, wet rocks, tar, cola, dark chocolates, green pepper and peppercorn.
Nice length on the finish with firm tannins and black pepper.
A nice GSM from Tuscany, with a lot of interaction between the 3 ingredients. Earthy and balanced with nice complexity. Enjoyable by itself or with food. Drinking very nicely now.
Needs an hour to open up properly and show some tannins and earthiness.

Red dark color. Earthy, red fruit on nose, some barnyard. Young in mouth. Easy light fruit. Nice to drink. Not too complex.

Nice, took 20 mins to open, smooth mouth and finish, not over the top on unfermented sugars. Not really a dry wine though. Enjoying without food.
