Full-bodied, yummy fruit-fwd 100% Sauv Blanc. Had at Sheraton Hacienda (Cabo Xmas Eve '14), paired nicely with pork belly, scallops with charred corn and some foam, salmon with curried lentils. Lovely MX Sauv!
