This is Chile's grape!

Smooth and velvety. Chile with a hint of France.

First real stab at a Carmenère. Leather and cooked black fruit on the nose. Cherries, cooked fruit, raspberry, leather, bark on the mid palate. Full bodied. Full of ripe fruit but sedated by leathery overtones. Delish.

Very earthy.
