Monte de Pinheiros White Wine, Alentejano, 12.5% alc/vol, 55/30/10 blend of Antão Vaz, Arinto and Rupeiro. Pale yellow, excellent clarity. Aromas of stone fruit, white flowers and maybe hay, flavors of nectarine and white flowers. Fruity ripe pear or melon, nectarine and peach (or later dried apricot) finish with slight skin astringency and lactic aftertaste, good acidity but easy to drink. Very good value. (Yes, the fruit expression is weirdly all over the place over time).
