2012 Carter Weitz Oakville Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon; Same Vineyard as Maybach’s Materium.
PNP> Fabulous, gobs of glycerin, deep purple, integrated tannins, concentrated black/blue fruit profile. Nose like baked blackberry pie!
Wine is in a great place right now.
Pairing with Elk Jerky, per @Mark Carter You Tube interview suggestion from many years ago. Excellent! Cheers! 🍇🍷👍🏻
