Aged for 16 months on French oak (about 30% new), medium lemon with aromas of stone and tropical fruits with notes of biscuits, floral and nutty notes. On the palate flavors of ripe apple, pineapple and mango with notes of honeysuckle, wet stone and toasted bread. Long finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with fruit, mineral and yeasty character. Very nice.
