Leather and motor oil to the nose...dark cherry raspberry and cranberry to the front pallette..heavy oak overpowering everything through the middle with a pepper at the back..nice acid and tannin balance with medium finish...decanted for 2 hours and i think could age about 5 years.

Had a glass of this while eating a sirloin steak. The flavor complement the meat very well, not too bitter and goes down smoothly.

Andrew liked it more than me. He says it's easy to drink and I agree, especially for a Cabernet which are usually too heavy for me.
