Dusty and earth driven nose. Lots of blackberry and raison smells with a spicy blueberry semi floral nose on the back end, i get white rose petals. Turned soil and spicy oak linger for the finish on the nose. The palate is blackberry jam and figs. Dried dates and baking spice on the finish with intense oak. I like it i dont love it. Its a bit over oaked and at 15.0 abv its highly alcoholic for my taste in grenache.
