Ludicrous blend of jammy fruit with toasty oak. This is not a subtle wine, having a wonderful wash of blackberry & vanilla. Powerful but lacking in tannins. Good out of the bottle, but to much air & the faulty designer wine blend trends to lay to the lack of structure. This blend might age well, but needs some other varietal for balance. But what do I know?

Dark ruby in color with a purple rim.
Fruity on the nose with vanilla, wood, some barnyard, blackberries, cherries, strawberries, cloves, spices, chocolate, light smoke, peppercorn and notes of figs.
Full-bodied and smooth with nice legs.
Fruity and spicy on the palate with vanilla, American oak, blueberries, cherries, blackberries, figs, cooked plums, cloves, cinnamon, chocolate, smoke, licorice, tobacco, spices and black pepper.
Full bodied, bold and Jammy with great looking legs.
Long finish with round tannins and black pepper.
This is a great Napa Valley Cabernet. Very enjoyable. Paired it with a cheese platter.
14.6% alcohol by volume.
