'Winemakers Reserve' from Monsaraz w/ usual minerality; cherry and vanilla nose, with spice and herbs in the mouth and a long, smooth finish. Brilliant after a long breathe.

I expected smooth, oak and enjoyment.. I got bumpy, big wood and lame... It's not a sink wine it's more a lunchtime special but we paid city centre 4 star pricing... The baroness wasn't overly happy but the bottle did end up in the recycle bin pre 3.15pm.... We won't give up on the winemakers from the land of Ronaldo and De Gama.@Delectablewine Delectablewine
