Took 30 mins to open but really enjoying the boozy strawberries and fine dusty secondaries and waining structure. Really in an excellent place but I could see 3-5 years of pleasure left to give. Can’t wait for the next glass.

Medium purple color, nose of mushroom and cherry--- bright, no pepper. Clean taste of sour cherry and cedar on mouth. Well balanced, good fruit and acidity, more voluptuous than most zin. Nice finish. Wouldn't guess it was a sin.

Very good and full bodied and flavorful through out I am trying out my new wine art dual fridge and wine preserver and I am not sure how to feel about it... anyone have one if so your thoughts please?🤓 the wine has lots of notes of plum a little cedar and cherry and an allspice back end very good!
