Bright coppery rose gold. Inviting nose and medium light palate of Bosc pear, dried quince, and balsam. Firm, juicy acidity from entry to moderate long finish. Wonderfully complex PG from Willamette that's just fruity enough for complex or even slightly spicy dishes. North African, Tex-Mex, Eastern European, or Louisiana cuisine would be excellent matches, as would more pedestrian "white wine" fare. Drink now through 2026.
