Get to Know Cab Franc Class (bonus wine - the carboy we brought back from our trip to CO last year). Raspberry aromas and some milk chocolate notes, more herby aromas as it opens up. Herby on the palate with a little bell pepper, a little smooth chocolate, and more tingly acid with not as much of a tannin lingering. #gotm2020
