The nose is a juicy slice of watermelon and the fruity acid strangely reminds me of ketchup-loaded bbq hot dogs in the park at the same time. The palate is zippy with spikey fun jumps just like the urchin pictured on the label. This slip-n-slider of a sparkler rolls with fuller strawberry guava body. Among the more tastefully interesting sparkling modern wines. It’s almost thanksgiving but I’m suddenly ready to celebrate the Fourth of July!

Nice, a little sweet, some strawberry maybe? Makes me think of 4th of july on the lake. Not my favorite carboniste but still very good!

2018 Vintage. 12.5% Alcohol. 4 g/L dosage. A rose of Pinot Noir. Great patio sparkler out of Person Wine Company, Sonoma, CA. A celebratory break from our favorite Tavel. Lots of bubbles, fresh fruits and good acidity. Metal bottle cap like a beer!
