Massive, tannic Dolcetto. Hints of beautiful stuff buried under a temple of intensity.

Bow the hell down. 2007...dolfuckingcetto...that's STILL too young. Savory and a little floral on day one with pasta e fagioli which worked well, but especially good with grilled ribeye and fingerlings on day two. Miraculous. Glad I bought a bunch.
