Bordeaux Supérieur Red Bordeaux Blend

Vintage 2014 - decent but not too dull, some berries, hint of vanilla, good acidity and balance. A brand Bordeaux that is made with the expertise of Jean René Matignon. Quite middle of the road.

Liked this one. Ultra smooth, very nice.

Plum and blackberry with earthy tones on the nose follows through to the palate plus some dark chocolate. Pretty decent value.

3.4. A very good bargain for a smooth Bordeaux, nice mix of fruits, minerals and tannin, somewhat mid-bodied, with smooth finish. Deep red with good nose. On sale for $11.99, regularly $14.99.

Smooth, but not very complex.

Really enjoyed this, bought two more bottles.
