Beautiful color. Light purple with trace of brown.
Tart cherry and a dry but agreeable finish

Red and dark cherries, cooked strawberries, vanilla, dust, menthol, asphalt, and dried violets. Approachable tannins, solid acidity, and a med + finish. Great Nebbiolo for the table.

Paired with Costco sausages n peppers. Missing risotto

More mellow the second time drinking. Too sharp first.

More dry than sweet but not particularly dry... medium? I think I might love Nebbiolo.
