Crisp minerality, lemon peel, yellow apple on the nose. Dry, Med body, med p acid, med intensity, med p finish with hint of oak, tabacco. white pepper and bitterness on the palate. Less fruity, but oaky chardonnay with structure. Good example of oaky chardonnay. Drunk with sauteed mussel, linguinie with scampi and mixed grilled fish. 13% abv
