Enjoyable, quaffable, kind of classic Chianti.

Limpid dark garnet color, ruby rim.
Delicate but distinct aromas of spicy plum, herbs, cinnamon, strawberry, wild cherry.
Smooth and harmonious palate of medium body showing lively acidity and quite gentle tannins. Plum, crushed black pepper, wild strawberry, pomegranate.
Medium-minus finish with clean varietal nuances.
Paired sliced speck with black olives.
