Earthy, dark and powerful. Bouquet of dark fruits- black cherry, dried blueberry, and raisin. A fine balance between strength and grace, showing leather saddle, tar, cedar, black licorice and deeply perfumed with rose petals. It's nose and palate are rustic, with high acidity and tannin. The years have been good to it, softening the tannin and rounding the edges. Although still big enough to stand up to tri-tip & stilton! 90% Carignane 10% Syrah.

Lush blue fruit, great complexity and woody earth. Lush but retains old world food pairing qualities. Unique.

Smells of leather and cedar. Very nicely balanced. It's old enough to where the tannins have relaxed nicely. Opened for one hour but not decanted. Tastes quite amazing.

Soft and slightly sappy fruit, unbalanced oak. Became a bit more balanced with air.

Wow. Great red from Sardinia. What to drink when you want stronger than chianti but dont want a super Tuscan faker.
