Let's get this Pardi started... Crisp, Chablis-like minerality reminds us that we have no oysters but that Trebbiano with pestoed pasta isn't such a bad thing. Very good summertime wine, will get even better with a little more time in bottle.

At 4 years old it was probably a bit aged, but still a nice wine. The aged characteristics overpowered the unique fruit and flavors for me but overall it was an impressive wine for an unknown grape varietal. One of my favorites...
