Filine Vermentino di Sardegna

Pale straw and youthful in appearance. Almonds, white peach and green apple on the nose. Medium dry acidity, and medium body on palate. Hint of creaminess suggestive of mlf. Well balanced and subtle complexity. Touch of oil and minerality and finished with slight tartiness. Good example of Sardinian vermintino.
